It’s behind the head design has an adjustable rubber sizing bar and a Tygon clear acoustic audio tube for extreme noise conditions. Simply insert connector into walkie talkie, clip PTT to lapel or collar, and place headset on head. Once connected to two-way radio, audio is redirected from two-way radio speaker to earphone.
