(1) Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier delivery confirmation) for eligible items. Return authorization is required before sending items back.
(2) Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for return, items must meet all of the following:
- Condition: unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition (no cracks, stains, deformation, or strong odors).
- Completeness: all parts/accessories included (hooks, clips, dividers, lids, screws, labels, manuals where applicable).
- Packaging: original packaging included where possible, or equivalent protective packaging.
- Proof: order number from cintiapoker.com.
What counts as “installed/used”?
“Installed/used” may include mounting, attaching adhesive strips, assembling permanent configurations, placing items into active service, or any handling that leaves visible wear.
(3) NonāReturnable / Restricted Cases
- Final sale items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Used/installed items (mounted, assembled and used, or with adhesive residue/wear).
- Customized/personalized items (if offered).
- Gift cards and store credit.
(4) How to Start a Return
- Email support@cintiapoker.com with your order number and item(s).
- Provide the reason for return. For defects/damage/wrong item, attach clear photos and a brief description.
- We’ll send Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions (return address + any customs guidance).
- Ship using a trackable method and keep the tracking number until the case is resolved.
(5) Return Shipping Fees

International duties and taxes
Duties/VAT/import fees paid to local authorities are typically not refundable by us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be able to apply for a refund from your customs authority.
(6) Refunds
- Inspection: refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.
- Timing: typically 5–10 business days after inspection (bank posting may take longer).
- Method: original payment method when possible; otherwise store credit may be offered.
- Partial refunds: may apply if items are returned missing parts or with damage/wear.
(7) Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the outer carton, shipping label, inner packaging, and item(s). For missing parts, provide photos of all received contents and any inner bags/labels.
(8) Category Notes
Kitchen Storage & Organization
Sets often include small accessories (hooks, clips, dividers). Please confirm all parts before discarding inner bags. Minor cosmetic scuffs from shipping may be handled case-by-case.
Home Storage & Organization
For bins and organizers, returns must be uncracked and unwarped. Items that were assembled and used may not be eligible.
