(1) Processing Time (Handling)
Processing time includes payment verification, picking, quality checks, packing, and carrier handoff.
- Standard: 1–3 business days.
- Peak periods: 3–7 business days.
- Backorder/pre-order: lead times are shown on product pages.
(2) Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally where carrier routes and regulations allow. If your destination is not available at checkout, we may be unable to ship there due to restrictions, remote-area limitations, sanctions, or safety events.
(3) Estimated Delivery Times
Transit time begins after carrier pickup. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

(4) Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and package size/weight. Oversize items (e.g., large racks, bins, multi-pack containers) can increase cost due to volumetric weight.
- Promotions: free shipping rules (if offered) appear at checkout.
- Remote areas: surcharges may apply for certain regions.
(5) Tracking & Split Shipments
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation.
- Split shipments: mixed-size orders or large items may ship separately. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
- Delivered but not received: check the delivery location/household members, then contact us for investigation.
(6) Packaging & Fragile/Oversize Items
We pack to reduce damage and missing parts. Some kitchen/home organization products include small accessories (hooks, clips, screws, dividers).
- Containers/bins: corner protection and reinforced cartons as needed.
- Racks/frames: parts grouped and labeled to reduce missing pieces.
- Transparent items: protective film may be used to reduce scratches.
Accessory parts checklist (recommended)
When you open the box, keep all inner bags and labels until you confirm the product is complete. If parts appear missing, take a full photo of all contents + packaging.
(7) Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and other fees required by local authorities. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these fees are paid by the recipient.
Refused/abandoned parcels
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees and is returned or abandoned, any refund (if approved) may be reduced by shipping/return costs and fees incurred.
(8) Address Changes
Please ensure address and phone number are correct. Address changes are only possible before shipment. Rerouting after shipment may be limited and may incur carrier fees.
(9) Delays, Loss, Damage
Delays
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damage in transit
Report damage within 7 days with photos of outer carton, shipping label, inner packaging, and item. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
Missing items/parts
If items or parts are missing, contact us within 7 days with photos of all contents and packaging. We may provide a replacement part or other resolution.
